New Booking Policy - We require a 50% deposit with all appointments. Please etransfer when booking online(melanieciona@hotmail.com) Deposit must be received when bookings are made to hold appointments.

Arrival for Your Appointment - Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to get settled and update your client profile.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - 24 hrs notice is requested to change appointments, late cancellations & no shows are requested to pay for the full service cost for lost revenue. Thank you for consideration of my time & trade certifications.

Payment Options - We accept cash or etransfer. Service times are approximate and may vary. Prices, policies and services are subject to change without notice.
